Shipping & Returns
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route.
Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Please note, we do not ship and/or deliver on weekends. All orders received after 12pm EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Free Standard (Ground) Shipping is offered on all orders over $100 via USPS. Shipments can take 1-10 business days, depending on location. Express shipping options are available (2 business day and overnight). Charges are based on delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.
Shipments may take longer during holidays. No international shipping is available at this time.
*Please note, we do not deliver to the following states: Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota. We do not ship Edible products to the following states: Maine, New York, North Carolina, Ohio.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. For a full refund, items must be returned unopened/unused, in their original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
To return an item, please email a return request with your order number in the subject line to email@example.com. In your note please include the following:
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return
Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for return shipments that aren’t delivered to our warehouse.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the credit card you used in making the applicable purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to post.
